Jacqueline Tyser is a business consultant with several years of experience in the corporate world with over 15 years of experience in the small-business world. She is an experienced management consultant with proven record of success in leading, coaching, and training clients to successfully navigate significant and complex transformational changes. She served as a Change Management Practitioner with an award-winning firm and recognized as a leader in change management with a highly refined change management methodology. In this role she led and coached senior and middle management in major organization changes, instilling purpose and vision for both the strategic and tactical implications of change. Clients such as Merck, Pfizer, Alegent Health, and New York Presbyterian Hospital, recognized her outstanding performance.

Since moving to Atlanta in 1973, she has spent over 20 years as a change management practitioner and senior human resources consultant. She is experienced as an organizational effectiveness consultant with exceptional ability in creating both a process-improvement and performance-improvement environment in which individuals and teams are motivated by and committed to achieving excellence.

Jacqueline is a strong effective change agent and facilitator who led many change management project teams in several business organizations. Her expertise as a master facilitator has resulted in directing the strategic planning and development of executable action plans for various lines of business to achieve stated goals and measurable results. An example of a results driven initiative was the change management initiative to restructure a nine state graphic organization within a large communication company resulting in a savings of 1.5 million dollars annually. Some of Jacqueline’s clients for which she has facilitated strategic planning sessions and managed change initiatives are Deloitte & Touché, Brown University, BellSouth, Cingular and the National American Lung Association.

In addition to change management, Jacqueline has a broad background in training development, training delivery, curricula management, competency modeling and career transition. As a faculty member of a large communication company campus university, she provided consultation, interventions and education to revitalize the organization’s productivity and improve performance. She co-developed programs that enabled leaders and employees to manage downsizing transitions providing interventions for individual and group revitalization.
